Maeve White of Archbishop Williams High has been elected High School Football Player of the Week.
The freshman, who received nearly 600 votes, scored a hat trick while playing in a 7-0 win over Fontbonne.

Camryn O’Connor, Sr., Oliver Ames: O’Connor scored four goals in a 9-0 win over Stoughton. She also scored three goals in a win over Milford.
Allison Jenkins, Sr., Norwell: Jenkins had a hat trick in a 7-1 against Walpole.
Riley Grable, Sr., Weymouth: Grable had a hat trick and added an assist in Weymouth’s 5-0 victory over Braintree.

Emma Pero, Soph., Cardinal Spellman: Pero scored with 20 seconds remaining to lift the Cardinals to a 2-1 win over Archbishop Williams.
Georgie Clark, Sophie, Hopkinton: Clark continued his stellar second season by scoring a hat trick in Hopkinton’s 3-1 victory over Westwood, handing Wolverines their first loss of the season on September 20.
Anya Zub, Sophie, Franklin: Zub scored four goals as Franklin Women’s Soccer routed Taunton 7-0 on September 20. The second added another goal in a 3-1 win over North Attleborough on September 22.
Emma Ballard, Sr., Blackstone Valley Tech: Ballard scored a hat trick in Blackstone Valley Tech’s 5-1 win over Monty Tech on September 20. She then scored two more goals in a win over Northbridge on 23 September.
Shannon Mejia, Jr., Medway: Not only did this junior keeper record a shutout, but she also scored a goal in Medway Women’s Football’s 5-0 win over Bellingham on September 21.
Isabelle Dias, Sr., Tri-County: Dias scored three goals and added an assist in Tri-County’s 5-0 win over South Shore on September 21.
