PASADENA, Calif. (CNS) — A crowd of more than 90,000 is expected Saturday night at the Rose Bowl for the sold-out soccer match between Real Madrid CF and Juventus.
Promoter AEG warns fans who do not arrive at the Rose Bowl by 5:00 p.m. that they may miss the 7:00 p.m. kickoff. AEG strongly discourages fans without tickets from showing up at the Rose Bowl. Heavy traffic delays are expected. Parking could be full after 5 p.m.
Fans should plan to enter the stadium gates at least one hour before the start of the match or risk missing the start. Stadium gates will open at 5:30 p.m.
The parking lot doors will open at 3 p.m.
The game will be televised in English by FS2 and in Spanish by FOX Deportes.
Promoter AEG announced on Friday that the game was sold out.
Real Madrid CF are the defending champions of the UEFA Champions League and the Spanish La Liga. Juventus finished fourth in Italy’s Serie A in the 2021-22 season and reached the knockout stages of the Champions League.
The match is the third and final game for both teams on the Soccer Champions Tour. Real Madrid lost to Barcelona 1-0 last Saturday in Las Vegas and tied Mexico’s Club America 2-2 on Tuesday in San Francisco. Juventus beat Chivas 2-0 on July 22 in Las Vegas and tied FC Barcelona 2-2 on Tuesday in Dallas.
