Most New Yorkers are filled with gratitude just to have access to a little private green space. But this Manhattan development offers residents more athletic opportunities than some sports complexes.

The Upper West Side’s new Waterline Square development has been slowly unveiling its lavish tenant offerings for years — most recently, a year-round skate park filled with a 42-foot-long half-pipe, a mini ramp and a custom mural of wall cracks revealing a dystopian New York City skyline. Skateboards and helmets are available for those without, and the space is said to have already become a favorite hangout for kids. “[It’s] even attracting a group of teenagers who skate together several times a week,” a spokesperson for the building told 6 Square Feet.

For those looking for fun without wheels, the building also offers a bowling alley, golf simulator, basketball court, squash court, tennis court, boxing studio, barre studio, studio pilates, a yoga studio, a recording studio, a music studio, an art studio and a separate “kid zone” art studio.

There is also a three-lane swimming pool, hot tub, steam room, massage room, lounge and sauna, as well as an indoor garden room, screening room, indoor children’s playroom and a children’s party room.

Oh, and a 30ft rock climbing wall and an indoor soccer field.

In total, that’s 100,000 square feet of amenities and more than 30 sports fields, pitches and studios, according to the development’s website.

The most affordable condo unit in the skyscraper complex is currently priced at $2.475 million for a 984-square-foot one-bedroom block. Rentals are hardly less attractive: the cheapest apartment at the moment – an 813 square foot one-bedroom apartment – is available for $5,595 per month.
