You need to use your torso to hold the ball high, then release it on your foot. You need to throw the ball and wait for it to come back into your hand just off hip level. To master the skill, you need to repeat it for 30 seconds.

Then you have to juggle the ball twice before you gain control of the ball in your hands. This will be repeated again for 30 seconds. The exercise will also help you understand your weak foot so you can practice 2 times more.

This freestyle football drill allows you to improvise the position of the ball. Here you have to dribble the ball through the cones and make sure they don’t hit those cones.
