Division IV boys’ and girls’ soccer playoff schedules for Wednesday, October 27 | WIVT

The heavy rain that swept through the area on Tuesday washed out all of the Division IV tournament matches that were scheduled.

All of those matches have been pushed back a day, adding to an already packed slate for Wednesday.

Here is an overview of the changes.

In the men’s soccer playoffs, these are all games that have been moved to Wednesday.

In the other semi-final, 6-seeded Chenango Forks will face 2-seeded Owego at 6 p.m.

To Class C #3 Trumansburg goes to #2 Greene at 3:30 p.m.

At the end of the game, the n°1 Lansing faces the n°4 Newfield. It will be played at 7 p.m. at Ithaca High School.

Now let’s move on to women’s football.

Starting with Class B. Top-seeded Chenango Valley will host 4th-seeded Waverly at 3:30 p.m. at CV Multipurpose Field.

Next, at the Owego Free Academy, the 2nd ranked Indians are hosted in 3rd, Oneonta at 3:30 p.m.

Then, at 5, #2 Lansing squares off with #3 Unatego. This will be played at Tompkins Cortland Community College.

And in Class D, both games will be played in Oneonta at the Wright National Soccer Complex.

At 3 years old, the n°1 Marathon faces the n°4 Franklin.

Then, at 3:15 p.m., n°2 Schenevus and n°3 Odessa-Montour set off.

And to top it off, we even have a field hockey playoff on Wednesday as well.

The two matches will determine who plays for the Class C Sectional Championship on Friday.

In a semi-final, #2 Sidney will host #3 Greene. It starts at 4:30 p.m.

In the other match, #1 Whitney Point will face #4 Windsor.

It’s the only game that has seen both a time and venue change, as the Eagles and Black Knights will now start at 6pm at Windsor High School.
